🌟 What You’ll Do

Lead backend architecture, design, and development using Node.js.

Build and optimize scalable systems and APIs from scratch.

Drive discussions on system design, database performance, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — frontend (ReactJS), product, and design.

Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar on coding standards.

Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from ideation to deployment.
💡 What We’re Looking For

7+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Node.js.

Deep understanding of System Design, SQL Databases, and DSA.

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus for full-stack collaboration.

Strong problem-solving skills, team leadership, and communication abilities.
